Arp 280 (NGC 3769 & A)

Arp 280 is the last member of the Interacting Double Galaxies class. The
primary is NGC 3769 and the companion is 3769A. The detail image is
processed to show what is either a triple nucleus or two extremely large knots.
This aspect can't be seen in the Atlas image because it was processed to high
contrast.
