Arp 70, also cataloged as UGC 934, is class Spirals with Small HSB Companions on
Arms. In this case, I believe the companion is the bright galaxy located
SSW of the core. If you look very carefully, the north arm takes a sharp
bend south just before the bright star. This arm can't be traced all the
way on my images and I can't completely connect it to the galaxy on the Atlas
image but this still seems like the most reasonable interpretation. There
is no Atlas note to clarify it.
