Arp 6 (NGC 2537)

Arp 6 is also called "The Bearpaw". It is
another member of Arp's LSB class but it does not seem to me to have
particularly low surface brightness. The knots are its most obvious
feature. The little galaxy, NGC 2537A, about 5' E is interesting. The previous image of Arp 6 was the last image I took with my Cookbook 245. It can be seen on the Extras page. |
