Arp 310 (IC 1259)

Arp 310 is in the Double Galaxies class. The Atlas note is "very close E
galaxies". Arp 310 is the galaxy pair about 3' NNE of the center of the
field. It is also a member of Arp 311 along with the center galaxy and the
two small ones S and SE of it. The two galaxies making up Arp 310 have a
single number in the Index Catalog (IC) but are designated as VV 101a and 101b
in the Vorontsov-Velyaminov catalog.
