Arp 268 is the last representative of the class Irregular Clumps. The Atlas note is "resolution of stars. Note linear loop of emission regions". Arp 268 is also cataloged as UGC 4305 but it is probably better known as Holmberg II. It isn't part of the local group but is relatively nearby, in the M81 group.
