Arp 23 (NGC 4618 & 4625)

Both
NGC 4618 and the companion NGC 4625 are included in the Arp field. Arp 23
is in the One-Armed Spiral Galaxy class and, somewhat surprisingly, both
galaxies appear to be one-armed. Except for the tiny Mitchell Anonymous
galaxy between them, this is a pretty barren field.
This image was taken with a borrowed MX916 camera and has the larger field which that camera provides. The Atlas field is a little larger, 17' x 22', but there is nothing of interest in the edges that were lost.
