Arp 206 is another member of the class Material Ejected from Nuclei. The
large primary is NGC 3432. The LSB companion west of the southern tip of
NGC 3432 is UGC 5983. While it is debatable whether the condensation at
the northeast end of NGC 3432 is a separate galaxy or not, it is cataloged as
MAC 1052+3640. Arp 206 is a very complex object and my image actually
shows the internal structure better than the Atlas image, which was processed
with
excessive contrast.
