Arp 191 is in the class Narrow Filaments. The Atlas notes are "acute bend
in link between galaxies; plumes from stellar-like images". The western
member of the pair is UGC 6175, while the eastern member (the one with the tail)
is MCG+3-28-63. The galaxy in the southwest corner is CGCG 95-114 and the
one east and a little north of Arp 191 is MCG+3-29-1. None of the tiny
galaxies are included in any of the commonly used catalogs.
