arp 184 (ngc 1961)

  arp 184 continues the class narrow filaments.  the atlas note says "two long straight arms or filaments tangent on ne side of galaxy".  these are easily seen in the images above, best in the negative version.  my image is a bit larger than the atlas image but is oriented n-s, while the atlas image is oriented e-w.  they don't cover the same field but all of the area of interest is included in my image.
