Arp 155 (NGC 3656)

Arp
155 continues the class Disturbed with Interior Absorption. The
absorption band can be seen in the positive image, running due N-S through the
bright core. The primary is NGC 3656 and the companion, which looks here
like a brighter area at the south end of the one-sided bar, is MCG+9-19-64.
The unsymmetrical spiral southwest of Arp 155 is MCG+9-19-59 and the nearly
edge-on spiral at the southeast corner of the field is UGC 6422. All the
other galaxies are Mitchell Anonymous or just anonymous.
