Arp 13 (NGC 7448)

Arp 13 is in the class of Spiral Galaxies with Detached Segments. I'm
not sure I know what a detached segment is. Based a review of Dr. Arp's
images, and mine, in this group, I would call them "knots". The
Atlas note is "high surface brightness".
